As a patient advocate, Claudia coordinates consultations with new patients and referring physicians, helping ensure each person receives the personalized care and attention they deserve.

She takes the time to explain insurance benefits, discuss financial options for current and future procedures, and guide patients through the reimbursement process. Her determination to help patients maximize their insurance benefits has earned her the affectionate nickname, "the Bulldog of medical insurance," a title she proudly accepts.
One of the most rewarding parts of Claudia's career has been building lasting relationships with patients and their families. Since 1995, she has had the privilege of watching many of them grow up, celebrating milestones and sharing both joyful and challenging moments along the way. As Claudia likes to say, "Eye enjoy watching my Soper family grow."
Proud of her Latin heritage, Claudia enjoys sharing her culture through its music, food, and traditions. She especially loves welcoming patients who travel from across Latin America and is always happy to assist Spanish-speaking patients.
